Technical Service Rep at Brokerteam Insurance Group – Richmond Hill, Ontario

Primary Responsibilities:

• Upload New Business & Endorsements into Insurance Company’s Broker Portal in a timely manner.
• Follow up on incomplete Underwriting information with Broker(s)/Producer(s).
• Follow up on incomplete uploads with Insurance Company’s Underwriter.
• Forward New Business Payments to Insurance Company, along with proper Broker Memo, incld. Policy#.
• Training/Seminars mandatory as arranged by Management.
• Processing/Inputs within Binding Authority level assigned to TSR, unless otherwise specified by Managers’ discretion.
• Review for accuracy, coverages, discounts, etc. as per broker specifications
• Contribute to PI Team requirements and special projects.
• Other duties to be assigned.
