General Responsibilities:
- Skill Development: Help teach our individuals physical, social, and emotional skills that enhance their lives. Follow programs to ensure their safety, wellbeing, and cognitive abilities.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records to analyze where our individuals’ care needs to be.
- Behavioral Support: Help maintain and build a healthy relationship by navigating through some challenging behavior and bad days. Help develop positive enduring relationships through dignity and respect. Work with a team to ensure healthy care.
Requirements: 18+ years. Must be able to pass a criminal history background check. Must be able to drive individuals to and from places.
Education: Highschool Diploma. Great communication skills.
Skills: No prior experience needed but preferred. In-house training offered for CPR, BLS, Mandt, & Medications licensing.
Certification: Valid & current ID.
