TimberStone Masonry + Construction is seeking a driven Masonry & Hardscape Superintendent to manage the execution of multiple high-end projects. This is a hybrid leadership role combining on-site supervision with operational oversight and light office work.
You will not just be leading a single crew; you will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate schedules, logistics, and client satisfaction across the board. Key Responsibilities
You will be the bridge between the field crews and the project management team.
Field Leadership: Monitor and uphold project quality standards, ensuring crews deliver excellence. Occasionally assist in the field to train members or troubleshoot.
Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule crews, materials, and equipment for multiple projects simultaneously.
Client & Team Comms: Communicate professionally with clients, builders, and architects. Work closely with Project Managers to align field ops with project goals.
Tech & Admin: Use JobTread CRM for project documentation. Perform light estimating, track field data for job costing, and read grading plans/specs.
Site Management: Manage tool mobilization, site setup, and safety compliance.
Experience: 3+ years of field supervision experience in masonry or hardscape construction.
Trade Knowledge: Deep understanding of masonry methods, details, and jobsite operations.
Technical Skills: Experience with plan reading (including grading plans). Proficiency with SketchUp, Bluebeam, or JobTread is a plus.
Leadership: Confident decision-maker who leads by example. Highly organized and solutions-oriented.
Physical: Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors when necessary.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
