TimberStone Masonry + Construction is seeking a driven Masonry & Hardscape Superintendent to manage the execution of multiple high-end projects. This is a hybrid leadership role combining on-site supervision with operational oversight and light office work.

You will not just be leading a single crew; you will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate schedules, logistics, and client satisfaction across the board. Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the bridge between the field crews and the project management team.

  • Field Leadership: Monitor and uphold project quality standards, ensuring crews deliver excellence. Occasionally assist in the field to train members or troubleshoot.

  • Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule crews, materials, and equipment for multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Client & Team Comms: Communicate professionally with clients, builders, and architects. Work closely with Project Managers to align field ops with project goals.

  • Tech & Admin: Use JobTread CRM for project documentation. Perform light estimating, track field data for job costing, and read grading plans/specs.

  • Site Management: Manage tool mobilization, site setup, and safety compliance.

    Qualifications
    • Experience: 3+ years of field supervision experience in masonry or hardscape construction.

    • Trade Knowledge: Deep understanding of masonry methods, details, and jobsite operations.

    • Technical Skills: Experience with plan reading (including grading plans). Proficiency with SketchUp, Bluebeam, or JobTread is a plus.

    • Leadership: Confident decision-maker who leads by example. Highly organized and solutions-oriented.

    • Physical: Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors when necessary.

    • Education: High school diploma or GED required.

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
