By evaluating cloud infrastructure and resiliency processes, you will identify risks and deliver actionable recommendations, helping our partners achieve greater operational excellence.Accountabilities
- Support customers through technical engagements focused on cloud reliability and continuity.
- Assess cloud infrastructure and resiliency processes end-to-end.
- Design and evaluate Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs) that align with operational SLAs.
- Identify risks and align strategies to best practices for cloud environments.
- Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve customer disruption recovery.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud technologies.
- Deep experience with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) design in Microsoft Azure.
- Solid understanding of Azure architecture, monitoring services, and backup/recovery.
- Familiarity with cloud-native resiliency patterns and site reliability engineering (SRE) methods.
- Proven ability to assess and design effective Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and executive stakeholders.
