- Develop and execute paid media strategies in alignment with client objectives and hiring demand
- Collaborate with Account Directors and Media Strategy Leads to plan campaigns, channel mix, and audience targeting
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, and other platforms
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards, translating campaign data into actionable insights
- Support client-facing presentations, clearly communicating performance results and strategic recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper campaign setup, tagging, and reporting integrity
- Test, document, and implement best practices for paid media planning, execution, and optimization
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (search, social, display, programmatic)
- Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or B2C/B2B campaign analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms, and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, GA4)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign performance to business outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal reporting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
