Job Summary
Our corporate office in Greenville is hiring for a Jr. Compliance Administrator. Under general supervision, but in line with established policies and procedures, this role assists the CMS Manager and Compliance Officer in performing various compliance administrative duties, collects, analyzes and interprets data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. The Jr. Compliance Administrator maintains comprehensive documentation, reports, and records related to quality improvement activities and collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues or concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing an analysis of information on various compliance-related functions and regulations, as directed
- Prepare and present a summary of findings for review.
- Assist in maintaining the Bertrandt US compliance library and management system, which contains appropriate and necessary reference materials.
- Ensure that processes meets all guidelines related to federal, state and local regulations that pertain to automotive.
- Assist in creating policies and procedures and disseminating information and conducting training for management and employees.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the CMS Manager and Compliance Officer.
- Gather data and prepare various reports for management and the Compliance Department.
- Document quality assurance practices by entering data into logbooks, noting information in computer databases and recording all inventory and actions.
- Organizes and accompanies external / internal Audits within the CMS Team of Bertrandt Group.
- Monitors and oversees the complaint and improvement process.
- Communicate with management and other team members when problems arise and offer possible solutions to help correct any mistakes.
- Collaborate and facilitate meeting with multiple stakeholders to ensure that best practices are executed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of related experience -to include responsibility for compliance or risk assessment.
- Demonstrate and proven experience in attention to detail.
- Experience and skilled in driving problem-solving solutions and results.
- An understanding of all federal, state, local and ISO standards.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret information as it pertains to compliance-related functions and regulations.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to conduct productive communication and to effectively present oral and written communications.
- Ability to follow instruction and to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to demonstrate punctuality and good attendance.
- Ability to define issues, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficient in computer programs, such as word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software programs.
