• Work closely with the president to strategize and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead financial planning and presentation efforts with finance and actuarial teams.
• Develop key performance metrics to assess product performance.
• Conduct annual planning sessions with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for seamless service delivery.
• Analyze data trends to provide updates to leadership on performance.
• Oversee the development of immediate and long-term strategic plans.
• Engage actively with Senior Leadership Teams to achieve long-term objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in management, consulting, or operations required.
• Experience in navigating a matrixed organization is essential.
• Equivalent experience based on relevant knowledge and skills.
