You will directly link customer success with revenue growth, making a vital contribution to the overall business strategy.Accountabilities
- Drive customer adoption of the platform across core speech models and creative tools.
- Administer onboarding and enablement strategies for diverse products.
- Analyze product usage to identify friction points and unblock adoption.
- Lead efforts to drive renewals and upsells across a defined set of accounts.
- Collaborate with teams in Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on objectives and outcomes.
- Measure success through Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention.
- Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within customer accounts.
- 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Experience in building and deploying AI agents.
- Familiarity with API integrations and SDK navigation.
- Proven track record in driving revenue outcomes and meeting revenue quotas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build client relationships.
- Understanding of the Nordics market landscape and cultural nuances.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
