We are seeking a motivated and dependable Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role involves hands-on electrical work in both service and construction environments, including troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate has solid field experience, a strong work ethic, and is ready to take on more responsibility as part of a growing team.

Electrical Work & Field Support:

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial projects.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in a safe and efficient manner.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and safety regulations.

Project Support:

• Work closely with lead electricians and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Assist with material takeoffs and ordering supplies as needed.

Teamwork & Communication:

• Collaborate effectively with team members, apprentices, and contractors on job sites.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and coworkers.
• Mentor apprentices and share knowledge to help develop their skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• 3+ years of relevant field experience.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in both residential and commercial environments.
• Interest or experience in mentoring apprentices.
• Familiarity with basic project scheduling.
