Human Resources Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other databases
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Prepare HR documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration as needed
- Assist in organizing employee events and recognition programs
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
