This role is pivotal in optimizing financial planning and analysis while driving operational excellence. The selected candidate will engage in cost management services, collaborate with various teams, and ensure high-quality financial data. By being part of the FP&A team, you will contribute significantly to innovative financial strategies that support business decisions, all while operating in a dynamic and evolving environment.Accountabilities

• Support Budget Responsible Officers (BROs) in preparing monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD)
• Lead the creation, documentation, validation, and approval of AFEs for asset-specific agreements
• Monitor Purchase Orders (POs) associated with project scopes
• Assist BROs with invoice resolutions in collaboration with SAP specialists
• Provide Super-User support for the Cost Management Tool (CMT)
• Collaborate to develop plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Generate action plans for cost performance analysis
• Lead cost performance processes and coach BROs on tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Masters Degree or qualification in finance (MBA, CA, ICWA)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a cost engineer role
• Experience in global organizations in financial reporting and forecasting
• Advanced use of PowerBI, Excel, and data analytics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring
