We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver to train and temporarily take over care for a female client living independently in her own home in Matteson, Illinois. This position is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

The current caregiver will be taking a leave of absence beginning in March for approximately three months or longer, and we are looking for a caregiver who can train alongside the current caregiver and provide consistent, high-quality support during this time. There is potential for the assignment to extend beyond the initial coverage period based on client needs and availability.

This role focuses on companionship, supervision, personal care assistance, and light household support. The client benefits from structure, routine, and encouragement throughout the evening hours.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes

Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers

Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders

Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

Document care accurately using our electronic software.

Requirements

Caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA a plus)

Your own vehicle that can reliability drive you to your assignments and back.

Ability to pass background check
