Production Scheduling Coordinator

Join Our Team!
We’re looking for a Production Scheduling Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this position, you’ll serve as the link between Sales, the shop floor, and management—ensuring clear communication, accurate scheduling, and efficient workflow.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and update production schedules and dispatches using scheduling software.
Coordinate with managers and supervisors to understand priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Communicate staffing or resource needs and flag changes as required.
Monitor production progress, update system data, and generate reports to support planning.
Provide quotes and lead times to the internal sales team and have involvement in setting ship dates for new orders.
Assist with inventory counts and occasional material handling or purchasing tasks.
Support process improvement, cost, and quality initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (additional manufacturing experience preferred).
2–3+ years of manufacturing experience highly desirable.
Experience with ERP software recommended.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Computer proficiency and ability to create and interpret reports.
