Special Projects Coordinator

Position Overview
PATHS LLC is seeking a highly organized and motivated Special Projects Coordinator to support and manage special client initiatives. This role reports directly to the Assistant Director and is responsible for implementing, overseeing, and ensuring the successful execution of new and ongoing client projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Implement and manage all new client projects from initiation through completion
· Research new programs and develop detailed processes, procedures, and tip sheets for staff
· Maintain, review, and analyze operational and productivity reports
· Train staff on project implementation and review completed work for accuracy and compliance
· Serve as a point of contact for clients by delivering consistent status updates, participating in client meetings, and developing comprehensive weekly project overviews.
· Delegate assignments to staff and complete assigned tasks as needed to ensure project deadlines are met
· Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
· Professional, trustworthy, and dependable demeanor
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel including Pivot tables
· Experience with Epic, Soarian, PROMISE, and NJMMIS preferred
· Ability to learn, interpret, and apply multi-state Medicaid eligibility regulations (prior Medicaid experience is a plus)
· Experience with SSI/SSD, HIPP Program, 340B regulations a plus
· Strong investigative skills with the ability to self-teach and adapt to new systems and processes
Education
· Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
