We are seeking a reliable and motivated Micromarket Route Driver to join our team. As a Micromarket Route Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products, servicing micromarkets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and bringing joy. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Product Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver products to various micromarket locations within the assigned route.
• Micromarket Servicing: Stock and merchandise products to our standards, maintain clean and organized micromarket displays, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Customer Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage product rotation, and conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and ensure product freshness.
• Reporting: Complete and submit daily route reports, including delivery records, inventory updates, and truck inspections.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on micromarket equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and DOT regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

• Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Experience: Previous experience in route driving, delivery, or a related field is preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology for inventory management, reporting, and communication.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries and inventory management.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and resolving issues with micromarket equipment and customer concerns.
