Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, people-focused Strategic Project Team Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within our Project Management Office (PMO). This is a leadership role designed to strengthen project execution, establish scalable processes, and build a high-performing Strategic Project Team.
This role blends hands-on project leadership with team management, process development, and enterprise-wide collaboration. You will be responsible for driving accountability, aligning stakeholders, and building structure through policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Compensation & Benefits
● $100,000 to $110,000 (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Execution
● Lead and manage the Strategic Project Team, ensuring deadlines, task completion, and workload prioritization.
● Assign projects and drive accountability across team members.
● Oversee project governance, reporting structures, and KPI tracking.
● Evaluate performance through measurable ROI, KPIs, and project outcomes.
● Provide leadership development and coaching to entry-level managers and project leaders.
Project & PMO Development
● Establish policies, protocols, and scalable project management frameworks.
● Develop and formalize SOPs in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.
● Strengthen PMO structure, tools, and operational standards.
● Personally manage approximately 15% of projects (strategic initiatives and maintenance projects).
● Support organization-wide cross-functional initiatives across departments.
Strategic Impact
● Drive enterprise alignment through structured program and project management methodologies.
● Use data, dashboards, and metrics to guide decision-making.
● Improve visibility, workflow efficiency, and accountability across teams.
● Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, a related field or equivalent years of experience required.
● 4–6 years of progressive program or project management experience.
● Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (entry-level management acceptable).
● Demonstrated experience tracking ROI, KPIs, and data-driven performance metrics.
● Strong organizational and execution skills.
● Experience working cross-functionally across departments.
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
● Strategic thinker with the ability to drive alignment and results.
Preferred Qualifications
● Engineering, manufacturing, production, or sales environment experience.
● Experience helping build or establish a PMO.
● Familiarity with ClickUp, ERP systems, or CRM platforms.
● PMP or CAPM certification (not required).
Travel Requirements
● Requires up to 10% travel for team meetings and strategic sessions
