About This Position

The Restaurant Remodel Program Manager will create, lead, and execute a comprehensive Restaurant Remodel Program. The ability to multi-task, implement efficient building practices, and oversee project timing and contractor quality of work will be critical to the success of this position. This strategic role will drive corporate and franchisee reinvestment initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence throughout the remodel process.

This position is ideally based in Atlanta, GA area and allows for a hybrid work schedule that includes 3 in-office days per week.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:

Program Development and Leadership

  • Design and implement a comprehensive Restaurant Remodel Program from the ground up, establishing processes, standards, and best practices
  • Lead all strategic initiatives supporting corporate and franchisee reinvestment across the brand
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, guidelines, and brand standards for remodel projects
  • Ensure franchisee adoption of the remodel program through effective communication and demonstrated value

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, franchisees, architects, general contractors, vendor partners, building officials, and inspectors
  • Guide and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and maintain program momentum
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all remodel program inquiries and escalations
  • Facilitate alignment between franchisee goals and corporate brand standards

Project Oversight and Quality Control

  • Oversee project timing, budgets, and contractor quality of work across multiple concurrent remodels
  • Review and approve construction documents and signage
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design standards and quality expectations

Communication and Reporting

  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the remodel lifecycle
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to internal leadership teams
  • Create dashboards and metrics to track program success and identify areas for improvement

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and permit requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proven track record of building and leading programs or initiatives from inception to execution
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders; demonstrated ability to guide decision-making and achieve buy-in without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Experience working with franchisees or multi-unit operators in a collaborative environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent a plus
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or facilities management, preferably in the QSR or restaurant industry

PAY RANGE:

$95,000 -$120,000
