DENTAL ASSISTANT OPPORTUNITY

Beaufort Family Dentistry is excited to add a Dental Assistant to our amazing team! We're a busy office but the kind of office where teamwork, laughter, and support make even the busiest of days feel manageable and rewarding.

As our third dental assistant, you'll be an essential part of a close-knit clinical team that truly enjoys working together and takes pride in excellent care. If you're motivated, upbeat, and enjoy a steady engaging workday supported by a great team, you'll fit right in!

What You'll Do:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Take x-rays and intra-oral photos
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Provide patient education and post-treatment care instructions
• Help manage office inventory and ensure rooms are stocked

What We're Looking For:

• Previous dental assisting experience in a general practice (2+ years preferred)
• SC Safety Radiation Certified or DANB Certified
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team-environment
• Eaglesoft experience is a plus
