Accountabilities- Research prospective Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to identify key customer stakeholders.
- Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach HCPs about their industry.
- Engage in clinical discussions with HCPs regarding patient needs and brand strategies.
- Collaborate with partners to maximize resource utilization.
- Strategically manage allocated resources, including financial budgets.
- Attend company-sponsored sales and medical meetings.
- Pursue learning and professional development in sales and product knowledge.
- Bachelors degree in relevant field.
- 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices.
- Ability to influence decision-makers through strategic discussions.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Reside within or near the assigned geography.
- Competitive hourly wage range of $63.51 - $87.31.
