We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role involves preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and installations of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, technically proficient, and values top-tier customer service.

The HVAC Technician is part of the team responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our clients’ mechanical equipment. This role involves routine preventative maintenance, system diagnosis, repair, replacement and new install services. The ideal candidate will possess a good work ethic, be dependable, have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and service on commercial HVAC systems professionally and promptly.

· Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.

· Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components.

· Complete all work orders and documentation and notes accurately and promptly.

· Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement).

· Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles.

· Communicate clearly and regularly with dispatch and office staff.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops).

· Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day.

· Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial HVAC, including EPA Certification
• Possess a set of basic hand tools
• Hard working, dependable, a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening
• Computer, phone, written and personal skills are a plus
