The Role

Day Porter – Courthouse (Downtown Los Angeles)
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.06 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and professional Day Porter to support daily operations at a well-known courthouse in Downtown Los Angeles. This position is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for visitors, courthouse staff, and judicial personnel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, common areas, restrooms, hallways, and public spaces throughout the day

• Perform routine cleaning tasks and light facility upkeep

• Restock restroom and janitorial supplies as needed

• Respond promptly to spills and service requests

• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards at all times

• Interact courteously and professionally with staff and the public

• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.

What It Takes To Be Successful

• 1 + years of Day Porter experience a plus
• Interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficient verbal/written communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to speak and understand English
