About the Role
Northern Air is an established and growing HVAC business seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Warehouse and New Construction Delivery team member. This role is critical to daily operations, ensuring that our field teams have the equipment they need, when they need it. You will assist in the job pack delivery process, maintaining an organized warehouse, and managing incoming inventory from semi-loads.
This role that requires a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks throughout the day with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery & Logistics: Coordinate and execute the delivery of job packs and equipment to various new construction sites.
- Inventory Management: Receive and unload equipment and products from semi-loads; organize and fill orders accurately for upcoming projects.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Task Coordination: Manage and prioritize multiple job tasks daily to ensure seamless support for the installation and service teams.
- Safety: Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment to move heavy HVAC units and materials.
You bring:
- Experience: Previous forklift experience is required. A background in construction is preferred but not mandatory.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work as a self-starter who excels with minimal direct supervision.
- Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to pivot between different tasks quickly.
- Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with the office and field teams to ensure order accuracy.
Minimum Requirements for Application:
- Valid Driver’s License with a current, clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Previous forklift experience.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment consistently.
Preferred Requirements:
- HVAC, construction, or similar-related field experience.
