Access TLC Home Health Care is currently seeking professional Physical Therapists in the Ventura County and Oxnard

Position is per diem/per visit. Visit rates range from $100 - $130 per visit.

Position Requirements:

• Current California PT License
• Valid California Driver's License with proof of a good Motor Vehicle Record
• Current proof of auto insurance with state minimum (or greater) coverage
• Social Security Card and/or proof of eligibility to work in U.S.
• Two Professional References
• Current CPR Certification
