Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of multiple construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.

  • Collaborate with project team members including Superintendents, Assistant PMs, and Accountants.

  • Lead subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations.

  • Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.

  • Develop and maintain accurate project budgets and forecasts.

  • Create, monitor, and update project schedules using industry-standard tools.

  • Oversee pay applications, subcontractor billing, and cost control documentation.

  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists.

  • Manage project close-out process and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Maintain compliance with safety, contract, and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience (ground-up and renovation).

  • Proven experience managing 23 projects concurrently with budgets of $3M$10M.

  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.

  • Experience with bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and client-facing communication.

  • Exceptional organization, time management, and analytical skills.

  • Associates degree or higher preferred.

  • Stable work history with solid professional references (5+ years per employer ideal).
