We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Vehicle Inventory Coordinator to join our luxury automotive dealership in Englewood, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting dealership billing operations, and assisting with DMV/ title work. This position plays a vital role in the daily operations across both luxury stores

What You’ll Do:

• Stock all new pre-owned vehicles for both delivery locations.
• Manage and process daily truckload arrivals.
• Verify vehicle information and enter data accurately into dealership systems.
• Scan and organize all inventory-related documents.
• Communicate with Sales and Management regarding vehicle status and availability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior dealership or automotive billing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with working administrative and hands-on inventory duties.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.

Job Type: Full-Time/ Hourly / Some Saturdays Required

Compensation

• $20-$27 hourly, depending on experience
• Paid Time Off
