Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define client selection strategy and develop robust account plans.
  • Hire, nurture, and assign diverse talent while managing sales forecasts and goals.
  • Drive new market opportunities through relationship-building and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with Business Development Representatives and identify joint opportunities.
  • Facilitate pricing negotiations and control team operating expenses for optimal performance.
  • Advise and resolve issues for Business Development Representatives to strengthen internal communication.
  • Implement process improvements and manage sales metrics using SFDC.
  • Deliver global sales updates and champion knowledge-sharing within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in life science or business; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years in sales or related fields within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, with 4+ years in management.
  • Proven expertise in client retention, negotiation, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Highly consultative approach with strong customer orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
