Holbrook - Evening Shift Available for RN or LPN at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Holbrook, New York

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide full care for a very sweet 13-year-old girl with cerebral palsy. She is non-ambulatory and has limited verbal communication. While she is able to eat by mouth, she also receives supplemental nutrition through a G-tube.

Medical Needs
• G-Tube Feedings

Shifts Avail:
• Evenings: Thursday 4pm - 11pm

Payrates: $27 - $43/hour

Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
