Machine Assembler at Union Special LLC – Huntley, Illinois

Location: Huntley, IL, 60142

• Assemble industrial sewing machines.
• Fit parts to very close tolerances and operating requirements, involving use of small hand and power tools.
• Accurately align assemblies to unit.
• Mount and connect auxiliary, mechanical, electrical equipment.
• Make operating tests and adjustments.

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous assembly experience.
• Mechanically skilled with small hand and power tools required.
• Close tolerance uniform settings and adjustments required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus.
