About the role

As a Fraud Risk Chargeback Analyst, you’ll play a key role in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity across our digital and payment channels. You’ll work with a collaborative team, use modern fraud‑detection tools, and contribute to strengthening our fraud risk framework.

What you'll do

  • Monitor real‑time and batch alerts to identify suspicious activity
  • Investigate fraud cases including scams, unauthorised transactions, and identity misuse
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and emerging fraud typologies
  • Prepare clear case notes, reports, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, AML, customer support, and technology teams
  • Support improvements to fraud controls, systems, and processes

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in fraud operations, financial crime, risk analysis, or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • SQL knowledge
  • Experience with fraud monitoring or case management systems
  • Excellent communication skills and customer empathy
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make sound risk‑based decisions
