Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bars, and catering services

- Ensure high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are maintained across all outlets

- Support staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and professional team

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget targets

- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
