As Banquets Manager, youre the maestro of memorable momentsmasterminding every detail so that each event goes off without a hitch! Youll keep the Banquet Department running smoother than a perfectly choreographed dance, balancing cost control with dazzling guest service. From setting the stage for spectacular celebrations, orchestrating flawless serving, to leading the grand finale cleanup, youre in charge of it all. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

  • Certification Superpower: Always be prepared by keeping your Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications up to datebecause youre ready for anything the banquet world brings your way!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience; supervisory experience required
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems
  • Strong communication skills; able to convey information clearly and listen effectively to coworkers and guests
  • Skilled at problem-solving, including anticipating, identifying, and resolving workplace issues under pressure
  • Capable of assimilating and analyzing complex information from multiple sources and making quick, accurate decisions
  • Comfortable working with financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions
