We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Crew Member (Wrapper) to join our team. This role involves wrapping, palletizing, and preparing products for delivery in a cold warehouse environment (produce). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in refrigerated conditions.

• Wrap, label, and secure pallets according to company standards.

• Prepare and stage orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure products and quantities are correct before wrapping and palletizing.

• Work safely and productively in a refrigerated, produce-handling environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area throughout the shift.

• Assist with general warehouse duties such as loading, unloading, and stocking as needed.

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

• Work with team members and leads to meet nightly production goals.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; training provided.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

• Comfortable working in a cold environment handling produce.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
