Sr. Tokenization Engineering Manager (Remote)

In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions in the asset tokenization space. Your leadership will guide a team of talented engineers and product managers, ensuring the successful delivery of blockchain-related products. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders while fostering a culture of technical excellence. Accountabilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and product managers to deliver tokenization products and features.
  • Ensure clarity of the tokenization roadmap by collaborating with product and program managers.
  • Oversee technical planning to capture product requirements and solutions.
  • Partner with other Engineering Managers to advance the technical roadmap.
  • Support the engineering team in achieving high standards in blockchain development.
  • Manage processes to optimize team productivity and collaboration.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop engineers with expertise in smart contracts and DLT.
  • Facilitate career development plans for engineers in the digital asset arena.
  • Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as part of the management team.
  • Engage in critical technical, design, and product discussions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define your teams role within the tokenization ecosystem.
  • Oversee project success and track quantifiable results.
  • Introduce leading engineering practices to foster innovation.
  • Contribute consistently to the codebase to maintain expertise.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on APIs and SDKs.
  • 5+ years of engineering management experience, including team leadership.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven history of managing teams that deliver complex blockchain or financial products.
  • Expertise in Golang and familiarity with its idiomatic usage.
  • Experience with TypeScript and React for front-end services.
  • Expertise in smart contract development (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Go-based chaincode).
  • Knowledge of token standards and on-chain transaction flows.
  • Understanding of Real World Assets lifecycle and their digital ledger transition.
  • Familiarity with custody solutions and regulatory requirements in digital securities.
  • Experience with mission-critical backend systems and distributed system design.
  • Proficient in developing highly concurrent, multi-threaded code.
