Accountabilities- Acquire new clients through engaging demo calls to showcase our recruitment solutions.
- Serve as the primary contact from initial outreach to proposal generation.
- Effectively communicate our product offerings tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and manage customer data within our CRM tool, Salesforce.
- Support the marketing and product teams with your expertise to improve sales and product offerings.
- Drive your sales objectives with motivation and perseverance.
- Proven experience in tele-sales, particularly in HR or recruiting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
- A passion for technology and the ability to organize your work efficiently.
- Adaptable with a knack for adjusting communication styles to suit individual clients.
