This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end candidate experience in a fast-growing, innovative environment. You will coordinate interviews, maintain accurate records, and serve as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones. Accountabilities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring calendars are accurate and up to date.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and support.
  • Maintain accurate interview plans, candidate records, and data within the ATS system.
  • Anticipate and address the needs of candidates and interview panel members, offering thoughtful solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and recruiting operations teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Support initiatives to improve candidate engagement and strengthen inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, preferably in a high-growth, diverse organization.
  • Proficiency with an ATS and experience maintaining candidate data accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, ramp up quickly, and work proactively with limited guidance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-focused, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth in the recruitment field.
