Logistics Coordinator at Holzer Health System – Gallipolis, Ohio

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible to the Director for operational effectiveness of the Holzer Leadership and Innovation Institute (HLII) building. The coordinator has responsibility for overseeing all building systems, including Audio/Visual equipment, and computer equipment. He/she is responsible for scheduling training and details associated with training. The coordinator is also responsible for alignment with other departments through the System, such as Training and Organizational Development, to ensure safe practices and maintenance of building systems. He/she works closely with the Heritage Foundation Director, providing on-site support for external social functions held in the HLII building, including evenings and weekends. Hours and days of work will vary based on the HLII event schedule. This position is also responsible for the HLII TV System to include equipment management and programming.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Education, Business or related field

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills required

• Ability to manage multiple projects required
