Our 15 resident memory care community is looking for a Med Tech/Caregiver to join the team. We are looking for day shift 2-3 days per week and Swing shift 2 days per week.

This position pays up to $18.00 per hour

About the Role (Brief):

As a Caregiver at Ashley Manor, you'll be the friendly, compassionate presence helping residents with daily routines and emotional well-being. This role blends purpose, connection, and growth in a supportive, small-home environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting
• Serve meals and help with feeding as needed
• Support residents' medication routines and monitor their well-being
• Maintain a clean, safe, cozy living space
• Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities
• Keep accurate, thoughtful records to ensure quality care

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Age 18+(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check
• Certified in First Aid, CPR
• Able to lift ~35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred (Nice-To-Have):

• CNA certification or cooking experience for groups
• Certified in Medication Assistance
• Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience
• Passion for enriching the lives of older adults
