People Solutions Program Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a People Solutions Program Manager in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, people operations, and strategic program delivery, focused on shaping and scaling the internal systems that power employee experience. You will act as a trusted advisor and internal consultant, partnering across People, Finance, Engineering, and Corporate Technology teams to design and deliver solutions that improve how employees, managers, and candidates interact with internal systems. Operating in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, you will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and multi-quarter roadmaps. The role combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, and systems thinking, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders. You will also evaluate tools, shape system architecture decisions, and ensure solutions are aligned with long-term organizational goals. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence the employee experience at scale through thoughtful, data-driven, and technology-enabled solutions.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the design, planning, and delivery of internal people systems and technology solutions that enhance employee experience and operational scalability.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and define employee experience goals.
  • Develop and manage multi-quarter roadmaps for internal systems improvements and enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system designs.
  • Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design across HR and internal technology ecosystems.
  • Create mockups, process flows, and solution designs to align stakeholders on proposed experiences.
  • Conduct vendor evaluations and provide build-versus-buy recommendations based on ROI and business needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, program management, and design teams to deliver end-to-end system solutions.
  • Use data, KPIs, and user feedback to measure adoption, evaluate success, and refine product roadmaps.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and strategy updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements

This role requires strong systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to operate across complex stakeholder environments in a fast-moving organization.

  • 5+ years of experience in product development, technical program management, or internal systems/operations roles (HR, IT, Finance, or similar).
  • Experience working in high-growth or technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into system-agnostic technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with complex, interconnected enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, CRM, finance tools).
  • Strong communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive structure in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • AI/LLM fluency, including practical use of modern AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working with or alongside engineering teams is a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and role scope
  • Equity opportunities as part of total compensation
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible work environment supporting remote collaboration
  • Paid time off, holidays, and wellness days
  • Parental leave programs supporting family needs
  • Professional development support and learning opportunities
  • Exposure to large-scale, high-impact internal systems transformation initiatives
