- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports that monitor sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting metrics, and operational KPIs.
- Partner with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and other internal teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
- Own the full reporting lifecycle, including data collection, modeling, visualization, validation, and stakeholder training.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, risks, gaps, and growth opportunities across sales processes and commercial performance.
- Improve data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting systems and CRM platforms.
- Support quarterly business reviews, forecasting cycles, territory planning, and investment decisions through actionable insights.
- Drive automation of recurring reports and workflows using modern analytics tools and business systems.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to strengthen infrastructure, optimize pipelines, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical business roles.
- Strong expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and strong understanding of sales operations processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL or other querying languages.
- Experience with forecasting models, pipeline management, performance metrics, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or fast-growth commercial environments is highly valued.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and go-to-market strategies is an advantage.
