HVAC Service Technician at Professor Gatsby's Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical – Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey

• Salary/Pay Rate: Up to $50 per hour plus commissions and a sign-on bonus up to $2,500.

• Location: Berlin Township, NJ

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday Friday (7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) plus overtime and monthly on-call rotation.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Drivers License.

You will serve as a technical superhero for our residential clients, utilizing your troubleshooting superpowers to restore comfort and safety to their homes. • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex heating and cooling system failures to provide immediate comfort solutions.

• Educate clients on technical issues using layman's terms to ensure they can make informed repair decisions.

• Execute high-quality repairs on residential HVAC equipment while maintaining strict attention to detail.

• Maintain a prompt and reliable service schedule to uphold our status as the highest-rated provider in the region.

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure all technical documentation and parts orders are processed accurately.

• Promote world-class customer service by treating every home with the care and precision our mascot represents.

• 2-3+ years of professional experience in HVAC service and repair.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to master the trade.

• Valid drivers license with a driving record that meets company safety standards.

• Ability to work overtime and participate in a weekend on-call rotation once per month.

• Advanced troubleshooting skills in diverse residential heating and cooling systems.

• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, competitive, and team-oriented environment.

• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry innovations.
