DEPARTMENT: Housekeeper

SCHEDULE: 9am-5pm

ATTRIBUTES

• One (1) year of housekeeping or assistance with household tasks for individuals at home and unable to perform these tasks
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• 18 years of age or older
• Detail-oriented and friendly

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning & Maintenance. Perform home management tasks per the Housekeeping Plan of Care, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry and kitchen clean up; report any noted unsafe environmental conditions or changes in the patient's physical or mental behavior to the supervisor
• Communication. Demonstrate respect for the rights, dignity and self-worth of all participants, family members and co-workers at all times
• Documentation. Complete and submit activity sheets timely, neatly and accurately in accordance with documentation expectations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

PAY RANGE: $16.25 - $18.43

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
