RN Charge Nurse, Emergency+Urgentcare at Med Center Health – Bowling Green, Kentucky

Med Center Health is proud to partner with Intuitive Health to bring a new, innovative hybrid emergency and urgent care facility — Med Center Health Emergency + Urgentcare — to Bowling Green, KY. This position will be based within the new Med Center Health Emergency + Urgentcare facility located at 457 Lovers Lane in The Hub.

Position Summary

Serves in a lead role, as an extension of the clinical manager, by coordinating the delivery of professional nursing care to patients on an assigned shift or unit using effective communication. Fosters an engaged, team-oriented work environment. Makes decisions within the framework of the organization’s philosophies, policies, and procedures that impact the current/next shift.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two years of Registered Nurse experience required.
• Graduate of a school of nursing required. Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Kentucky RN license (OR) RN license in a State recognized by the Kentucky Nurse Licensure Compact Act required effective June 1, 2007.
