Academic Dermatopathologist at Westchester Medical Center – Valhalla, New York

Summary:

Advanced Physician Services, PC, the Academic Practice of the WMCHealth Network seeks applicants for a full-time fellowship trained Dermatopathologist to join our academic medical center. Board certification or eligibility in Dermatopathology is required. Additional expertise or interest in another area of surgical pathology can be accommodated. Candidates will support institutional academic missions, and participate in providing education and training of students, residents, and staff. The candidate will join an academic department, which has a strong and diverse faculty, an ACGME accredited residency program, and supportive atmosphere for practicing anatomic pathology.

Qualification/Requirements:

• Candidates must have an M.D, or M.D./Ph.D (or foreign equivalent degree)
• Possession/eligibility for an unrestricted medical license to practice in New York State
• Board certification in combined Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, or in Anatomic Pathology.
• Fellowship training in Dermatopathology; with board certification or eligibility in Dermatopathology.
