Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: Monday-Friday + rotating weekends.
Pay: Multiple pay plans, hourly, piece rate, commission+ bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Communicate clearly with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams
• Maintain a clean and organized company truck—inside and out
• Keep truck inventory up to date and accurate
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation properly and on time
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Participate in ongoing training and certification development (we can help you obtain necessary credentials)
• Follow all safety regulations and best practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of residential HVAC service or installation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and phases
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and clearly explain issues and solutions to customers
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build trust
• Ability to perform thorough system inspections and communicate findings
• Commitment to safety protocols and field best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills using technical knowledge and customer-focused communication
• ServiceTitan experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs and work in exterior customer environments
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying environmental conditions
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks regularly
