Export/Import Coordinator at City Moving Inc – North Hollywood, California

Here at Dynamic LA/ Move Happy we are looking for a person with experience and knowledge in international export and import coordinator as well as an export and import rate analysis. Must know the process in the International industry.

Essential Duties:
-Experience of Ocean Import procedures and documentation from start to finish.
-Pricing and Negotiation experience
-Act as the primary point of customer contact for assigned accounts
-Coordinate bookings from Importers and overseas offices to final destination
-Closely monitor & follow up on shipments
-Update the customer with shipment status
-Prepare and present proposals, quotes and recommend services based on customer needs
-Work closely with the Customs Broker to follow up on clearance
-Obtain rates from overseas offices and vendors
