As an LPN, you are the backbone of our resident care. You will coordinate medical needs with physicians and families while leading a dedicated team of Wellness professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Excellence: Administer medications and coordinate resident care with the Wellness Director and families.
Team Leadership: Supervise the shift, determine assignments, and provide instruction/feedback to Wellness team members.
Advocacy: Observe and document changes in resident conditions, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Operational Integrity: Assist with admissions, discharges, and documentation (using Move N software) while maintaining impeccable ethics and safety standards.
Licensure: Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Experience: One year of clinical experience and prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, time management, and computer skills. Ability to remain calm and competent in emergency situations.
Requirements: Must be 21+ years of age, possess reliable transportation, and pass a background check/drug test.
This role requires frequent standing, bending, stretching, and lifting. You must be able to perform these essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation, ensuring the safety of yourself and our residents at all times.
