This role is ideal for an engineer passionate about AI, automation, and modern endpoint management. You will design, deploy, and continuously enhance intelligent, scalable, and secure endpoint solutions across Windows and macOS environments. Leveraging automation, AI-driven tools, and data insights, you will reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a superior user experience. You will collaborate closely with security and IT teams to enforce compliance, optimize endpoint performance, and implement innovative solutions that anticipate issues before they occur. The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic thinking, empowering you to build self-healing and self-service systems while exploring cutting-edge AI technologies. Accountabilities:- Design, deploy, and manage modern endpoint environments across Windows and macOS platforms
- Implement and maintain endpoint management platforms with a focus on automation-first practices
- Develop automation workflows using scripting, APIs, and orchestration tools to streamline operations
- Integrate AI-powered tools for analytics, remediation, security, and optimized user experiences
- Build self-healing and self-service solutions for common endpoint challenges
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance, patching, and endpoint protection strategies
- Monitor endpoint health, performance, and telemetry to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend improvements to endpoint strategy
- Maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex endpoint issues
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, or EUC roles
- Strong experience with modern endpoint management and MDM/MAM platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell required; Python, Bash, or similar a plus)
- Experience integrating systems via APIs and automating workflows
- Knowledge and experience working with AI tools (e.g., Claude AI)
- Solid understanding of endpoint security, identity management, and device compliance
- Comfortable working in cloud-first and zero-trust IT environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think systemically
- Nice to have: experience with AI-driven IT operations (AIOps), endpoint analytics, autonomous remediation, and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Defender, Autopilot, or Jamf Pro
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Apple, Jamf, or cloud certifications) are a plus
