About This Position
DC Engineering is seeking a Structural Engineer (open to Entry-Level through Mid-Level experience) to join our growing Structural Engineering team! This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multi-discipline engineering firm that primarily serves commercial market clients. Majority of buildings are wood framed buildings, but will also work on concrete, steel, masonry, and light gauge steel buildings.

Job Duties:
In this position, you will contribute to the structural engineering and construction drawings for commercial buildings and structures. Responsibilities vary based on experience level—from assisting senior engineers with calculations and drawings to independently performing engineering tasks and coordinating project deliverables.
You will provide structural engineering services throughout all phases of commercial projects, including design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
The ideal candidate should have experience or strong interest in designing commercial structures constructed with wood, steel, concrete, masonry, and/or light-gauge steel.
