Key Responsibilities:Coordinate hotel reservations and other travel-related bookingsProvide clients with accurate details about accommodations, amenities, and availabilityHandle changes, modifications, and special requests promptly and professionallyCommunicate with guests via phone, email, and online platforms in a friendly and helpful mannerMaintain accurate booking records and client profilesCollaborate with team members to ensure exceptional guest experiencesStay current on hospitality trends, travel destinations, and supplier offerings
